- completed training as a care assistant or AGS or SRK course qualification
- several years of professional experience in long-term care

Your tasks
- supporting the residents with basic care (personal hygiene, dressing, mobilisation, toilet visits)
- assisting with food intake and promoting independence
- observing the physical and mental condition and passing on information to the care team
- assisting with medical and nursing tasks (e.g. vital signs monitoring, etc.)
- documentation in the electronic system (CareCoach)
- helping to create a pleasant, homely environment
- accompanying on walks and leisure activities
