CNC Long Turner (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 85,000Role:
You are responsible for programming, setting up, and operating modern CNC long turning machines and ensuring the timely production of high-quality components. With your technical know-how, you monitor production processes, make corrections if necessary, and ensure consistently high production quality.
Responsibilities:
Programming, setting up, and tooling of CNC long turning machines
Manufacturing precise components in compliance with defined process and quality requirements
Operating and monitoring production equipment
Implementing corrective measures in case of deviations and optimising production processes
Continuous inspection of manufactured workpieces and ensuring the required quality standards
Identifying and resolving production issues
Documenting and monitoring relevant production and quality data
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in operating and setting up CNC long turning machines
Good knowledge of CNC programming and experience with Fanuc controls
Strong technical understanding and high quality awareness
Independent, structured, and precise working style
Flexibility and willingness to take responsibility
Good German language skills spoken and written
