Focus on Existing Installations and Site Supervision

Do you want to independently advance your own projects and see how your planning is implemented? Do you understand technical contexts and enjoy being both at the installation site and at the planning table? Then we want to get to know you.

Häring Plan designs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the Basel area. Our projects take us to pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, and large technical installations. We modernise existing systems and develop practical solutions – often during ongoing operations. We work with long-standing, recurring clients.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You independently manage your own HVAC projects – from the survey through planning and tendering to commissioning and acceptance.
• You survey existing installations on site, clarify their function, and identify technical contexts as well as open questions.
• You develop technical solutions, cost estimates, and tender documents in collaboration with our specialists.
• You take on site supervision, coordinate contractors, and oversee implementation on site.
• You look after your clients and coordinate with clients, specialist planners, and contractors.
• You keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs and ensure that agreed services are delivered on time.

Your profile

• A completed education in heating, ventilation, or air conditioning planning or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in an HVAC planning office and in independently managing projects.
• Technical understanding of existing installations as well as confidence in reading and assessing plans and schematics.
• Practical experience with surveys, conversions, and site supervision.
• A structured and reliable working style: you clarify open points, keep agreements, and stay on top of your tasks.
• Enjoyment of client contact and teamwork.
• Good German language skills for conversations, technical documents, and project documentation.
• Openness to digital planning and organisational tools.

Experience with pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, or conversions during ongoing operations is welcome.
