Working Student Automation Financial Processes 50-60% (m/f/d)

What to expect from us:

• You promote the introduction of new tools and technologies to increase efficiency.
• You are in the middle of automating planning, reporting, accounting, and collections workflows and processes.
• You maintain management and board of directors reports, dashboards, and reports (e.g., Tableau).
• With us, you validate data integrity and consistency across various systems (Salesforce, ERP, Zuora, Tableau).
• You prepare data analyses and thus support business steering.
• Collaboration with our data team and internal IT department to ensure a scalable architecture is also part of it.
• You work hand in hand with committed and motivated colleagues.

What we expect from you:

• You are studying business informatics or similar at a university of applied sciences or university.
• You already have some practical experience in optimizing workflows, using AI agents, and designing application landscapes (ideally in the financial sector).
• Experience with Google Workspace / Google Vertex Agent Builder / Tableau is a plus.
• You are eager to continuously develop and learn.
• You like to get involved and have the drive to implement changes.
• You have excellent conceptual skills and an eye for detail, as well as structured, systematic working methods.
• You are a true team player and have strong communication skills.
