You bring with you
- Completed training as an HR specialist, in social work HFS/FHS or
equivalent training
- Professional experience in work integration
- Sound knowledge of legal requirements as well as social insurance law
- Assertiveness and ability to set boundaries, empathy, and negotiation skills
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Good PC skills KLIB and a proven flair for numbers
- Interest in political contexts at the municipal level
- Professional and transparent working style
- Confident German and fluency in written expression

This also includes the reintegration of assisted persons into the first or second labor market.
