We are recruiting for a human-sized, dynamic and rapidly growing fiduciary based in Estavayer-le-Lac.

We are recruiting for a human-sized, dynamic and rapidly growing fiduciary based in Estavayer-le-Lac.

As a Mandate Manager in a fiduciary, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and support them with their accounting, tax and administrative issues.

Your main tasks:

- Ensure the complete maintenance and monitoring of the accounting for your client portfolio.
- Participate in annual closings and the preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare VAT returns.
- Prepare tax declarations for individuals and legal entities.
- Manage salaries, social charges and various administrative procedures related to personnel.

Profile sought:

- Higher education in accounting, finance or fiduciary: Federal diploma, Bachelor’s degree, diploma as a chartered accountant, fiduciary expert or equivalent training, completed or ongoing.
- Professional experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland or with a tax authority.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, VAT and payroll management.
- Ability to manage your mandates independently and in an organised manner.
