Together with our client, an established company in the Zurich area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a specialist as Finance & Administration Specialist 80–100 %. You will take responsibility in financial accounting and simultaneously support various administrative tasks. The company offers a modern working environment, short decision-making paths, and a lot of personal responsibility. The workplace is easily accessible by car and public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounting including dunning
• Monthly and quarterly closings as well as VAT returns are also part of your responsibilities
• Coordination with the fiduciary office and the audit is also part of your duties
• In the administrative area, you support management and take on various organisational tasks

You offer your new employer

• You already have a commercial education and experience in financial accounting
• Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
• You are confident in handling ERP systems
• Very good German skills are required for this position
• You work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner and gladly take on responsibility
