About the job

As Team Lead E-Commerce Operations, you and your team are responsible for the operational day-to-day business on ottos.ch and drive its further development. You optimise processes, systems and interfaces, set clear priorities and ensure a convincing customer experience. In doing so, you work closely with purchasing, marketing, IT, logistics, sales and customer service and advance our e-commerce a little every day.

Scope of work

• Team leadership & development: Professional leadership of the e-commerce operations team
• Operational e-commerce management: Ensuring the smooth operational running of ottos.ch
• Customer journey optimisation: Optimising processes along the e-commerce customer journey
• Automation & AI: Driving automation, AI and efficient digital workflows
• Omnichannel development: Further development of e-commerce and omnichannel processes
• Analysis & performance: Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of concrete optimisations
• Project & interface management: Coordination of requirements and projects with IT, logistics, purchasing, marketing, sales and customer service
• Innovation & implementation: Bringing in new ideas and consistent, pragmatic implementation of improvements

Profile

• Education & training: Higher education (HF/FH/Uni) or additional training advantageous
• Leadership & requirements management: Experience in leadership and requirements engineering
• E-commerce experience: Several years of solid professional experience in e-commerce
• Process & system understanding: Strong process and system understanding
• Digital & technical affinity: High online affinity and sound IT and system landscape knowledge
• Project management & agility: Experience in agile software development and project management
• Analytics & conception: Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• SEO, SEA & analytics: In-depth knowledge in SEO/SEA (Google), tools & analytics
