THE "C" MEDICINE DEPARTMENT OF YVERDON HOSPITAL IS LOOKING FOR

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Providing care to acute medicine patients in the preventive, curative, palliative and educational fields
• Carrying out the nursing process and clinical nursing assessment
• Working in a trio with ASSC and nursing assistants
• Coordinating the interdisciplinary team’s activity with the patient
• Participating in the integration and supervision of new collaborators and HES students

REQUIRED SKILLS – REQUIREMENTS

• HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Having initial professional experience in care
• Ability to organise work according to priorities and good stress management
• Knowledge of clinical nursing assessment
• Demonstrating leadership and reflective practice in care provision
• Showing flexibility and adaptability
• Interest in teamwork and care of the elderly
