To strengthen our team in Otelfingen ZH, we are looking for a
Team Leader Competence Centre 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Professional leadership of the Competence Centre (3 employees, work integration and VID)
- Possible practical training of commercial apprentices in rotation
- Processing of our external and internal customer enquiries – by phone, via e-mail and in the CRM
- Recording and processing company and personal data in our CRM system
- Execution of all orders from the sales field service
- Interface to resource planning and course administration for creating new courses
- Recording special prices of our corporate customers in the CRM system
- Checking timely registrations for company courses
- Support and collaboration with project managers for work integration
Your competence DNA
- Completed commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in internal sales – preferably in a similar position
- Very good MS Office skills as well as experience in using CRM programmes
- Fluent German skills – foreign languages are an advantage
- Resilient and open personality with a customer- and team-oriented manner
- Willingness to cover our opening hours on site (07:30–17:00)
