To strengthen our team in Otelfingen ZH, we are looking for a

Team Leader Competence Centre 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Professional leadership of the Competence Centre (3 employees, work integration and VID)
• Possible practical training of commercial apprentices in rotation
• Processing of our external and internal customer enquiries – by phone, via e-mail and in the CRM
• Recording and processing company and personal data in our CRM system
• Execution of all orders from the sales field service
• Interface to resource planning and course administration for creating new courses
• Recording special prices of our corporate customers in the CRM system
• Checking timely registrations for company courses
• Support and collaboration with project managers for work integration

Your competence DNA

• Completed commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in internal sales – preferably in a similar position
• Very good MS Office skills as well as experience in using CRM programmes
• Fluent German skills – foreign languages are an advantage
• Resilient and open personality with a customer- and team-oriented manner
• Willingness to cover our opening hours on site (07:30–17:00)
