Mandate management: You independently manage mandates and are the primary contact for our clients from various industries. Co-leadership of the accounting team: Together with another team leader, you are responsible for leading and developing the accounting team. Accounting management: You are responsible for complete financial accounting as well as the preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP for our clients. Tax consulting: You advise and support our clients on tax matters, prepare tax returns, and review tax assessments. Payroll accounting: You manage payroll accounting for our clients and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Consulting and support: You advise our clients on all fiduciary matters, from financial planning to company formation. Process optimisation: You actively contribute to the further development of internal processes and workflows and ensure a high quality of service.
Education: Completed training in fiduciary services or finance and accounting with further qualification as a fiduciary with a federal diploma or expert in accounting and controlling. Professional experience: Several years of experience in mandate management in fiduciary services as well as in team leadership. Leadership skills: You have already gained leadership experience and bring a high level of social competence as well as the ability to develop employees. Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Swiss tax and social security law as well as in preparing annual financial statements and tax returns. IT skills: Confident handling of accounting software (e.g. Abacus, Sage) and common MS Office applications. Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage.
