Polymechanic CNC Turning (m/f/d) 80-100%

Wyser AG is a family-run traditional company. Since 1898, we have been delivering high-quality small and medium series parts in the machining sector as a machine factory in the fourth generation. With our modern machine park and many years of know-how, we are able to respond flexibly to the individual needs and wishes of our customers. As a supplier for a wide variety of companies in Switzerland, we process a large range of different materials. On our machines, we manufacture highly complex parts with up to 9 axes and machine up to Ø100 mm from bar stock.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and qualified Polymechanic CNC Turner.

Your tasks:

• Independent programming and setup of our CNC lathes (Nakamura, Doosan, Miyano)
• Production of demanding precision parts in medium series
• Continuous monitoring and optimisation of existing manufacturing processes
• Responsible quality control of manufactured parts according to specifications
• Proper maintenance and care of the assigned machine park
• Active collaboration with the team to continuously improve our production processes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ (or comparable qualification)
• Solid practical experience in CNC programming and setup, ideally with Fanuc ISO control
• Good technical understanding and pronounced manual skills
• High quality awareness as well as precise, solution-oriented working method
• Team player, thoughtful and reliable personality
