Property Manager

About the job

We are a property services company headquartered in Immensee (SZ) and part of the C. Vanoli Group. To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a Property Manager to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of your own property portfolio (residential and commercial)
• Organisation of property maintenance, coordination and commissioning of repairs and damage cases
• Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and caretakers
• Support for renovations and conversion projects

Qualification / Profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• preferably you have a specialised further education (Property Manager with FA) or three to four years of experience in property management
• good manners, resilient, persistent and good assertiveness
• high flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• precise and independent working style
• experience with RIMO R5 is an advantage
