General Contractor Project Manager (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

• Management of new construction projects in GC, ET
• Client relationship, progress monitoring, financial tracking.
• Management and supervision of TCE site management teams.
• Coordination of support teams and subcontractors.

You bring:

• Leadership (providing vision and direction).
• Management (work organisation, knowing how to delegate and develop the team’s skills).
• A professional network specific to the canton of Valais.
• Management (implementation and application of processes, document quality, traceability).
• IT proficiency (notably Excel).
• Interpersonal skills (clients, companies, colleagues, management).
• Basic construction reflexes (modification sheets, clear feedback to the client, company contracts…).
• Flexibility, synthesis ability, delegation and task prioritisation.
