About the job
The Villa Erica Foundation supports around 100 young people and adults with behavioural issues and/or mental impairments in their social, educational and professional development, enabling them to lead an independent and self-responsible life. Our range of services includes the three areas of school, vocational training & work, as well as housing. The training operation in hospitality/housekeeping is part of the vocational training and work sector.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Specialist (80 – 100%) from 1.01.2027 to 31.05.2027

What awaits you
Training with heart and mind
Together with the housekeeping management, you accompany our learners (EFZ, EBA and PrA INSOS) in their professional daily routine and support them in developing their skills and talents.
Taking responsibility
As a hospitality/housekeeping specialist, you assist in organising daily operations, coordinate workflows and help ensure that quality and deadlines are met.
In the thick of things, not just on the sidelines
Whether cleaning, laundry, office, reception or seasonal room decoration: you actively participate and, together with the learners, are responsible for a professional and well-kept appearance.
Living quality and hygiene
You ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards and contribute to making residents, staff and guests feel comfortable with us.
Shaping and further developing
You bring in ideas, take on responsibility and help to further develop our training operation as well as the housekeeping services.
What you bring – besides your motivating personality
- Completed training as a hospitality-housekeeping specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Enjoyment in working with adolescents and young adults
- Experience in supporting people in the work process, ideally in work pedagogy
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- High social competence, empathy and team spirit
- Flexibility, resilience and a positive attitude
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
