Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (fixed-term for 6 months)

Activities

Manufacture of precision parts according to technical drawings and 3D models
Creation, adjustment and optimisation of CNC programmes
Setting up machines and carrying out production runs
Quality inspection of components using measuring instruments
Preparation of tools and operating materials
Continuous improvement of processes as well as simple maintenance work

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
Experience in CNC turning and/or milling
Knowledge of CAM as well as controls (Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens)
Experience with measuring instruments and quality assurance
Independent, reliable and structured way of working
Team player, flexible and open to new technologies
