Head of Turning Department (m/f/d) at SRM AG

SRM AG is a family business with nearly 90 employees. For over 40 years, we have been manufacturing highly precise components used in a variety of industries. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as Head of the Turning Department.

Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of our team in the Turning Department
• Planning, control and monitoring of daily production processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Optimisation of manufacturing processes and introduction of new technologies
• Training and development of employees
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth production flow

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in leading or supervising a team
• Sound knowledge in programming and operating CNC turning machines
• Experience with CAM systems
• Technical understanding, initiative and solution-oriented thinking
• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Enjoyment in making a difference together with your team
• Good German language skills
