Financial Specialist FIBU and Payroll (80–100%)

In this position, you will report directly to the company’s CFO. You will be carefully introduced to your new area of responsibility and the work processes. Colleagues from administration and managers in the operational departments will be happy to assist you with advice and support. You can expect a working environment with clear structures, functioning processes and short decision-making paths.

Your tasks

• Managing the financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable and account reconciliation
• Supporting the CFO with monthly evaluations, quarterly closings and the preparation of annual financial statements
• Supporting the HR team in controlling and posting payroll runs with numerous variables such as allowances, compensations, withholding taxes, etc.
• Maintaining and optimising work processes in your area of responsibility
• Close collaboration and deputising for the CFO and the head of HRM

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education as a financial specialist
• Several years of experience in financial accounting and payroll administration
• Confidence in the areas of VAT, social security and labour law
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and the use of IT systems
• High implementation rate combined with determination
• Team spirit and engaging communication in German
