To strengthen our young and motivated team, we are looking for a Junior Fiduciary Mandate Manager who enjoys responsibility, aims to develop professionally and personally, and is motivated to actively contribute to our shared success.



Responsibilities

As a Junior Mandate Manager, you will work closely with Mandate Managers, take on responsibility, and gradually manage your own mandates independently:

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Supervision of junior mandate managers and clerks
• Independent management of payroll and financial accounting for various clients
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Advising our clients on tax and business management issues



Qualifications

• Mandatory Fiduciary Specialist Certificate or equivalent in the fiduciary field (completed or near completion)
• Good knowledge of fiduciary software (Bexio, Sage, Infoniqa, Dr.Tax)
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Structured, precise, and independent working style
• Enjoyment of client contact and teamwork
