Customer Service Employee 100% (m/f)
Workload: 100%
Start: immediately or by arrangement
Duration: limited to 6 months
Workplace: Zurich
Main tasks
- Accompanying our new customers through the entry process for a smooth start in our organization.
- Support, assistance, and care of our existing customers by phone, virtually, or in person.
- Responsibility for the structured and customer-oriented handling of exit processes.
- Administrative support of the agency management.
- Maintaining contacts with internal and external partners.
- Supporting the team in all administrative matters.
Requirements
- Completed or comparable training in the commercial field.
- You are a customer-friendly personality and already have experience in customer contact, preferably in healthcare.
- You enjoy working with numbers and like to explain them.
- You appreciate teamwork and see it as a matter of course.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution when dealing with customers.
- You bring a service- and customer-oriented as well as analytical and solution-oriented working style.
- You have proficient MS Office skills.
- Very good oral and written German skills. French and/or English skills are an advantage.
