Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (m/f/d) 50–100 % immediate start or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Professional care and support of our residents as well as management of the care process
• Professional leadership in the early and/or late shift with responsibility for coordination and professional decision-making
• Clinical assessment of complex care and health situations as well as making professionally sound decisions
• Ensuring and further developing a high quality of care
• Responsibility for complete and professional care documentation
• Participation in expanding our medical-technical competencies, especially in i.v. therapy and PICC care
• Close interprofessional collaboration with doctors and other specialist departments

Your profileMust-have:

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
• High professional and social competence as well as a sense of responsibility
• Ability to prioritise and make independent decisions even in demanding situations
• Teamwork skills and professional, appreciative communication
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in long-term care and/or working with people with dementia
• Knowledge of interRAI LTCF is an advantage
• Enjoyment in contributing expertise and actively shaping care quality
