Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (m/f/d) 50–100 % immediate start or by arrangement
Marienhaus is one of the leading residential and care centres in the heart of Basel, supporting the 107 residents in their complexity. Our broad range also includes three protected care living groups for people with dementia, "senior apartments" for independent older people and a public café-restaurant.
Your tasks
- Professional care and support of our residents as well as management of the care process
- Professional leadership in the early and/or late shift with responsibility for coordination and professional decision-making
- Clinical assessment of complex care and health situations as well as making professionally sound decisions
- Ensuring and further developing a high quality of care
- Responsibility for complete and professional care documentation
- Participation in expanding our medical-technical competencies, especially in i.v. therapy and PICC care
- Close interprofessional collaboration with doctors and other specialist departments
Your profileMust-have:
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
- High professional and social competence as well as a sense of responsibility
- Ability to prioritise and make independent decisions even in demanding situations
- Teamwork skills and professional, appreciative communication
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in long-term care and/or working with people with dementia
- Knowledge of interRAI LTCF is an advantage
- Enjoyment in contributing expertise and actively shaping care quality
