For our maintenance department at the Bachs location, we are looking for a committed and reliable person as a Maintenance Employee with several years of professional experience in caretaker, operational, or garden maintenance.

What you can achieve with us

In this versatile role, you will ensure together with the team that our buildings and outdoor facilities are well maintained and functional. At the Bachs site, you will take on an important role and work largely independently.

• Year-round maintenance and care of green areas and outdoor spaces
• Independent receipt and execution of orders
• Direct contact person for the various work areas at the Bachs site
• Mobilising, coordinating, and accompanying external craftsmen
• Independent execution of minor repairs and maintenance work
• Ordering and management of small and consumable materials
• Documentation of completed orders as well as the technical building systems at the Bachs site
• Handling email correspondence within your area of responsibility
• Supporting the team at other locations
• Occasional assistance with passenger transport

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience as a caretaker, in operational maintenance, or garden maintenance
• Training as a Certified Maintenance Specialist or Certified Gardener is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Appreciative and respectful interaction with diverse people
• Committed, straightforward, and team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for a varied role
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
