Introduction

Leadership, organisation and operational responsibility with regular working hours: An experienced team leader is sought immediately or by arrangement for a temporary assignment of 3-4 months in a demanding catering area within a hospital environment.

Tasks

• Professional and organisational leadership of the catering area
• Coordination and deployment planning of staff
• Ensuring smooth processes and consistently high service quality
• Active participation in day-to-day operations
• Responsibility for professional guest service in the hospital environment
• Optimisation of workflows and work processes
• Close cooperation with the kitchen and other internal departments
• Support with administrative and organisational tasks
• Accompanying and introducing employees in daily work

Profile

• Completed training in gastronomy, hospitality or a comparable qualification
• Experience in a leadership or team leader role
• Organisational talent with a strong quality awareness
• Confident and professional appearance
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of the combination of leadership and operational work
• Resilience and flexibility
• Good knowledge of German
• Willingness for a temporary assignment of 3-4 months
