We are looking for an administrative assistant for the quality department at our headquarters in Losone.
Your main tasks
The main task of the administrative assistant in the quality department is to directly support the quality control manager in the management of daily administrative, organizational, and operational activities related to the company's quality system.
The main tasks in this role are:
- Direct support to the Quality Control Manager in daily operational activities and administrative tasks in the department.
- Creating, updating, and managing documents: certificates, quality reports, control forms, non-conformities.
- Archiving and storing documents in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and other regulatory references.
- Collaborating with the Production, Logistics, Technical, and Purchasing departments to ensure an effective and timely flow of information.
- Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence, including with customers and suppliers, regarding documentation and quality-related matters.
- Managing and sorting the department's routine administrative tasks (scanning, filing, deadline support, form filling).
Your profile
The following requirements are necessary to perform these tasks:
- Technical education with additional studies or experience in an administrative position (office)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and mechanical tolerances
- Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 14001)
- Familiarity with technical documentation and quality control processes
- Excellent command of the Office suite
- Good knowledge of Italian, German, and English
