Your tasks
- You develop, plan and implement socio-cultural projects for young people and young adults and promote their active participation.
- With "participation" projects, you inspire young people for Treibhaus and its offerings.
- You give presentations at schools, network with youth centres and build and expand cooperations with relevant partner organisations.
- Community building is more than a buzzword for you: you strengthen existing networks, develop new forms of participation and promote a lively community.
- You plan and organise the afternoon programme together with young people, such as learning cafés, workshops or other low-threshold offers.
- At events, you are present as a chaperone and ensure a supportive and connecting atmosphere on several evenings per month.
Your profile
- You have a degree, ideally in socio-cultural animation, social work or education.
- You already have experience in project work and ideally in the youth or cultural sector.
- You are passionate about inspiring young people. You approach them openly and manage to win them over for projects and offers.
- As a creative and proactive person, it is natural for you to put ideas into practice.
- You work independently, are organised and keep an overview even with several projects.
- You enjoy moving in the Lucerne youth and cultural scene and happily accompany young adults on their path.
- Flexible working hours are no problem for you. You also like to work irregularly as well as in the evenings and at weekends.
