Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with a Focus on Milling
Tasks
- Operating CNC milling machines with 3-, 4- and 5-axis horizontal and vertical
- Setting up, configuring and running series orders including preparation of fixtures and tools without programming
- Independent execution of manufacturing orders with quality control of the produced parts
- Working in a two-shift system
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic
- Several years of practical experience as a CNC miller
- Familiarity with Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc controls is an advantage
- Experience in operating multiple machines simultaneously
- Good knowledge of German
- Independent and reliable working style with a strong quality awareness
