To support the operational management and project leadership, we are looking for a Construction Foreman Building Construction / Estimation (m/f) 100% by arrangement.

Your tasks
Leading and supervising construction contracts is part of your experience. At the same time, you can imagine increasingly applying your knowledge in estimation alongside construction management in the future. You prepare
offers from simple conversions to demanding projects.
Acquisition of contracts in the field of building and civil engineering
Supporting the management in awarding negotiations
Construction scheduling and preparation of construction programmes / payment plans
Management and supervision of the construction contracts entrusted to us
Preliminary work planning and project handover to the construction foreman
Controlling and project accounting
Your profile
You have completed training as a construction foreman / master builder. Thanks to your site and professional experience, you can support our family business in a future-oriented manner with your entrepreneurial thinking and knowledge.
Practical experience as a construction foreman
Enthusiasm for acquisition / preliminary work planning / execution
Networked and business management thinking
A flair for payments, precise and networked way of working
You have very good spoken and written Swiss German skills
Solution-oriented but also critical negotiation skills
