To complement our team in the Operations area, we are looking for a motivated and qualified individual for the Warehouse/Shipping department as Deputy Head of Logistics.

As Deputy Head of Logistics with around 45 employees in the areas of goods receipt, warehouse logistics and shipping, you have a significant influence on our logistical processes and hold an important position in the rapidly growing environment. Help us perfect the logistics around the production of our high-quality electric buses with your expertise!

Your Tasks

• Ensuring and monitoring daily business in all operational processes as well as active assistance in daily business
• Introducing and implementing process optimisations
• Support in physical warehouse optimisation
• Monitoring missing parts and initiating measures if necessary
• Organisational and personnel management of around 45 employees (in the absence of the Head of Logistics)
• Active support during inventory work
• Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure optimal material disposition for spare parts, production and assembly
• Preparing data from the ERP in EXCEL and formatting it for further processing

Our Requirements

• Technical basic training in an industrial company
• Further training in logistics
• Many years of professional experience in the logistics environment
• Proficient MS Office skills (especially advanced user knowledge in Excel)
• Very good user experience in an ERP system
• Proven leadership experience and strong organisational skills
• Independent working style and high resilience
• High team spirit and a strong sense of duty
• Very good German skills (English advantageous)
