Responsibilities

Help us shape the branches of tomorrow.
Do you want to take on responsibility, manage projects and lead a team? Then become part of our expansion team and accompany new branch locations from the initial idea to the successful opening.

Leading a small team in the area of construction and expansion administration
Responsibility for the search, planning and realisation of new branch locations in the assigned expansion area (West)
Responsibility for renovation work and modernisations in the branch network
Analysis and evaluation of potential locations
Preparation of rough plans as well as clarification of building law issues
Contact with landowners and landlords
Conducting contract negotiations
Management and coordination of all construction phases as client representative
Close cooperation with authorities, architects and craft businesses
Support and further development of the existing branch network
Ensuring compliance with cost, budget and quality requirements

Profile

Completed studies in business administration, real estate management, architecture or spatial planning advantageous as well as several years of relevant professional experience
High mobility and willingness to take responsibility
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Experience in leading and developing teams
Very good French and German language skills
