Your Tasks
- Competent, respectful nursing, care and advice for patients aged 65 and over as well as their relatives
- Taking over nursing case management within the framework of key worker duties in close cooperation with an interprofessional team
- Assuming daily responsibility and ensuring smooth ward operations
- Planning and leading nursing therapeutic groups to promote activation and therapeutic processes
- Supporting professionals in training apprentices and students on the ward
Your Profile
- Recognised professional training as a nurse HF/FH (with foreign diploma, recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross required)
- Professional experience in psychiatry and/or gerontology is an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with patients and a strong sense of responsibility
- High flexibility and resilience as well as willingness to actively contribute in a constantly evolving team
