Your Tasks

You ensure that our residents feel taken seriously, well supported, and safely cared for – individually, holistically, and with a quality of care that you help shape.
For relatives, you are a reliable and competent contact person who answers questions clearly and carefully addresses concerns.
In the team, you contribute your expertise and are willing to lend a listening ear to the learners of the training station.
You take on the day responsibility (without night shifts) and manage the entire care process prudently and securely. With your experience and sense of responsibility, you keep an overview even on busy days and make clear decisions.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS), education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, among others)
