Are you our new sales talent? You are familiar with the seasonality in the butchery and already have experience in this area? Then you are exactly right with us. As a specialist manager, you advise and serve our customers with an extensive range.

What you achieve

• You advise and serve our customers with joy and your expertise
• An attractive product presentation, efficient stock management and ensuring availability are your focus
• You ensure that the defined processes in your department are adhered to
• Quality controls and compliance with the HACCP concept are your responsibility
• This role focuses on the professional leadership of the team
• You actively and enthusiastically support other departments

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: as a butcher, cook or in retail specialising in meat products
• Professional experience: Ideally several years of experience in retail specialising in meat products
• As a customer-oriented personality with a passion for sales, you make shopping a positive experience
• PC skills and a high level of digital fitness distinguish you
• You have leadership experience
• German (C1)
