Customer Advisor Occupational Pensions 100%

You will comprehensively manage your own customer portfolio and be there for our customers with questions and concerns.

• Independent advice to employers and insured persons on questions related to your area of responsibility
• Preparation of offers and support of customers in choosing their pension solution
• Acquisition of new customers
• Responsible for the correct handling of daily business in active insured administration, in particular:
  - Entries and exits
  - Salary changes
  - Transfer of exit benefits
  - Cash payment of vested benefits
  - Purchase calculations
• Assistance with tasks related to year-end processing
• Support in project work

• Commercial basic training
• In-depth knowledge and several years of professional experience in the area of active insured and contract administration of occupational pensions
• Responsible and prudent thinking
• Joy and commitment in communication with customers and colleagues
• Flair for customer needs
• Impeccable German skills in spoken and written form
• Very good French and Italian skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
• Advantageous: Further training in the area of the 2nd pillar as well as knowledge of the M&S Pension / AKIS BV Net application
