Customer Advisor Occupational Pensions 100%
You will comprehensively manage your own customer portfolio and be there for our customers with questions and concerns.
This challenging and varied position includes the following tasks in particular
- Independent advice to employers and insured persons on questions related to your area of responsibility
- Preparation of offers and support of customers in choosing their pension solution
- Acquisition of new customers
- Responsible for the correct handling of daily business in active insured administration, in particular:
- Entries and exits
- Salary changes
- Transfer of exit benefits
- Cash payment of vested benefits
- Purchase calculations - Assistance with tasks related to year-end processing
- Support in project work
What you bring with you:
- Commercial basic training
- In-depth knowledge and several years of professional experience in the area of active insured and contract administration of occupational pensions
- Responsible and prudent thinking
- Joy and commitment in communication with customers and colleagues
- Flair for customer needs
- Impeccable German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good French and Italian skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
- Advantageous: Further training in the area of the 2nd pillar as well as knowledge of the M&S Pension / AKIS BV Net application
