As a production employee (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintenance and cleaning, as well as the independent operation and monitoring of the plant.

YOUR NEW TASKS:

Independently operating and adjusting individual machine components
Continuously monitoring the production process
Independently resolving simple machine malfunctions according to the instructions and guidelines of maintenance
Carrying out simple maintenance work on individual machine components
Assisting maintenance technicians with more complex troubleshooting and during revisions
Forwarding information from ongoing production to the direct supervisor or to the responsible parties
Taking on/executing all activities related to Improvement/Development
Adhering to all established guidelines regarding occupational safety and all hygiene regulations

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship
Willingness to work in a 4-shift model is a requirement
First professional experience required – experience with production facilities is an advantage
Willingness for in-house training
You are a team player and responsible
You are resilient
You are experienced in using MS Office
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
