Department Head Trade/Processing Hay, Alfalfa, Bedding w/m/d 80 - 100%

• You take over the professional and personnel management of the Hay, Alfalfa, Bedding department in the Roughage business area
• In this role, you are responsible for sales development, market position, and customer satisfaction
• You independently carry out trading activities and actively shape the product range
• You continuously develop sales strategies and the product portfolio – always with a view to the current and future needs of our customers
• Together with your team, you plan and implement projects
• Occasional trips to neighboring countries to international business partners complement your area of responsibility
• You represent the department to customers, suppliers, trade events, and within the fenaco-LANDI Group

• Ideally, you have a (agro-)commercial basic education, supplemented by further training in sales or experience in customer acquisition
• You have several years of leadership experience in a comparable function
• Fluent communication in German and good French skills are required for this role
• You have a high IT affinity and enjoy optimizing processes and workflows
• A direct connection to agriculture or the fenaco-LANDI Group is an advantage
