Finance & Controlling
In this role, you are part of our Finance & Controlling team and support the BÜCHI Group with meaningful analyses, modern reporting solutions, and data-driven decision-making foundations. You connect financial contexts with a strong understanding of data and business intelligence and contribute to the further development of our reporting and controlling landscape.
What makes your daily work exciting?
- Further development of our reporting and BI solutions, especially in Power BI and Jedox
- Analysis of financial and corporate data as well as creation of meaningful reports
- Support of budget, forecast, and planning processes
- Conducting variance analyses and deriving recommendations for action
- Updating and further developing group-wide transfer pricing documentation
- Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at group level
- Ensuring data quality and continuous optimisation of reporting processes
- Close collaboration with various departments and international subsidiaries
- Conducting internal audits at subsidiaries
What do you bring with you?
- Several years of experience in international controlling, reporting, or business intelligence environment, with appropriate training
- Experience with Power BI, data modelling, and modern reporting solutions
- Good knowledge of financial processes as well as accounting according to IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER
- Transfer pricing knowledge is an advantage
- Very good Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One is an advantage)
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style
- Confident appearance in an international environment in English and German
