• promoting collaboration and the continuous growth of your teams into a high-performing unit
• efficient communication with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure effective coordination and prioritization of work
• actively identifying and removing obstacles with a deep understanding of technical challenges
• organizing and moderating Scrum ceremonies and preparing the team for the quarterly planning meeting (PI Planning)
• significantly shaping our agile culture and engaging within Finnova's Scrum Master community.

• with a completed degree (FH, University, ETH) at least at the Bachelor level. We are open regarding your field of study (Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field)
• through your ability to shape, inspire, and further develop new and existing agile teams as well as your understanding of the technical processes and needs of a development team
• with your talent for clear communication, effective work, and the ability to connect both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• with your empathy and your filled coaching toolbox, which you use solution-oriented for the entire team
• with your open attitude towards new ideas and approaches and your willingness to continuously learn and advance the team
• with your language skills in German at level C1 and English at least level B1
