This is what you will do
As a member recruiter in the field, you will visit construction sites or other businesses and encourage employees to stand up for their concerns together. As a member recruiter, you actively approach potential members and convince them in personal conversations of the benefits of Unia membership. You also explain employees' rights, convey the meaning and importance of collective labor agreements, and showcase our attractive benefits for members.
This is what you bring
- (Swiss) German (at least level B2) and good oral skills in at least one European foreign language (French, Portuguese, and/or Italian)
- Completed vocational training (at least 3 years of professional experience)
- High readiness for action, endurance, and great flexibility
- Political understanding in union and social issues
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Driving license category B
- Flexible and willing to work in Aarau and Basel
