- You professionally accompany the children in everyday life and promote individual development.
- You create a supportive and development-promoting environment with high educational quality.
- You actively, responsibly and committedly shape everyday life in the residential group.
- You support team members with administrative and organisational tasks.
Your Skills
- You have a degree in social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification.
- You enjoy working in a motivated team.
- You act reflectively, responsibly and independently.
