We are looking for a Reception Sector employee at our market in Schlieren to start immediately or by arrangement.

Receptionist/Customer Reception 100%

Your tasks:

• Professional, courteous and warm customer reception
• Organisation of the cash desk area in a team of three
• Support of demanding customers
• Receiving and forwarding customer complaints
• Operating the telephone switchboard, preparing daily accounts, accepting empties
• Occasional assignments at the relief cash desk

Your profile:

• Federal qualification in the service sector
• Professional experience in a comparable role
• Experience in administrative tasks and knowledge of IT applications
• A flair for numbers and payment processes
• Customer-oriented approach and high service commitment
• Careful working style and high sense of responsibility
• Neat appearance, excellent communication skills and very good German language skills
• Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork
• Good physical resilience (we handle wholesale products weighing up to 25kg)
• Mandatory mobility
