Retail Specialist Spare Parts Warehouse

Your tasks

  • Co-responsibility for ordering and selling spare parts and accessories of the brands we represent
  • Advising our internal and external customers on quality, prices and delivery dates of our products
  • Processing enquiries and orders as well as ensuring efficient and professional order handling
  • Checking incoming deliveries and verifying invoices
  • Assisting with inventory management

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training as a retail specialist EFZ with a focus on automotive after-sales, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or automotive specialist EFZ
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent, structured as well as efficient and careful working style
  • Open, positive and team-oriented personality
  • Resilience, high motivation and strong service orientation complete your profile
