About the job

• Leadership and further development of the IT team as well as management of external service providers
• Ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations at all locations in Switzerland
• Responsibility for service quality and continuous optimisation of IT processes
• Management and further development of IT infrastructure and asset management
• Ensuring compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements
• Responsibility for the IT budget as well as procurement and supplier management
• Leading and implementing IT and digitalisation projects
• Close collaboration with departments to implement business requirements
• Participation in the implementation of the European IT strategy
• Identification and introduction of innovative technologies and improvement measures
• Occasional travel within Switzerland and Europe is required

• Completed studies in information technology, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of professional experience and relevant certifications
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as an ICT specialist or in an equivalent role
• Experience in leadership as well as in the professional support and development of employees
• Experience in managing and successfully implementing projects
• Sound knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware and software
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams and departments
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
