Work Agogic Specialist for Bicycle Workshop Activity (80 - 90%) from 01.07.2026 or by arrangement

Welcome to the Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen SNH. We provide social services in the field of social and professional integration. Among other things, we run a felt manufactory and a bicycle workshop at Recyclo SNH. In our self-organised team „ReCyclo“ of SNH, we refurbish donated bicycles in collaboration with Velafrica. In doing so, we create a practical learning and working place for participants. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual with an interest in work agogic activities. You will accompany and support participants in the bicycle workshop as well as in other packaging tasks. A central part of your role is to recognise individual potentials, promote them purposefully, and support the development of professional as well as personal skills.

Resource-oriented conduct of initial, interim, and final discussions for targeted assessment and development.

You bring with you

Solid training or experience in the work agogic field or in bicycle mechanics with interest in the respective other area.
Appreciative, patient, and resource-oriented attitude in accompanying people in different life situations.
Motivation to take responsibility in a self-organised team.
Structured, independent, and responsible working style with good PC skills (Office) as well as experience in writing journal and monthly reports.
Driving licence category B.
