Convita Bethanien is a retirement and nursing home in Zurich-Fluntern on the Zurichberg.
Our family-like retirement and nursing home offers space for 19 residents. In addition, there are 30 apartments for assisted living with in-house Spitex. The self-determination of the residents is the focus of our service offering. Nevertheless, Convita is not a senior residence, but a home for everyone!

What does your daily routine look like?
You can expect a very varied training, no day is like the other! Mostly, you perform basic care activities (support with personal hygiene, eating, mobility) and assist the residents in their daily lives. Tasks such as household chores are also part of it, as well as administrative work (keeping documentation, orders, etc.). Depending on your training level, you perform medical-technical actions such as injections, dressing changes, or blood draws.
What requirements do you bring?
- You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
- You are physically fit and mentally resilient
- You are a communicative, open, and cheerful person
- You attend secondary school (or middle school with good grades)
You must be aware that weekend shifts are part of your training. The commute to the various educational partners (company, vocational school, inter-company courses) must be easily accessible for you by public transport.
