For the Business Unit DHL Freight at the Pratteln location, we are looking for a
Freight Forwarding Clerk Export - 100%
Your main tasks include:
- Order processing in export and preparation of the necessary documents
- Checking and preparing incoming orders for loading
- Loading planning / dispatch export trucks with general cargo
- Customs notification and preparation of transit documents
- Monitoring transit deadlines
- Maintaining contact with partners, customs declarants and authorities
Requirements:
You must have a commercial basic training in the freight forwarding industry and bring operational professional experience in the field of truck export.
Good PC and MS Office skills as well as a very good command of German and good knowledge of English are also indispensable. You are a flexible and conscientious personality and have a precise and careful way of working. You also actively integrate into a team and keep an overview even in hectic moments, work independently and are characterised by your reliability.
