As a full-time caretaker at the Migros Pension Fund, you have a responsible role where you can demonstrate your strengths such as independence, organisational talent, and flexibility every day.

What you achieve

• First point of contact for our tenants
• Assistance with re-letting rental properties (showing flats etc.) as well as flat inspections and handovers (electronically with iPad)
• Carrying out minor repair work as well as commissioning, coordinating, and supervising tradespeople
• Maintenance of technical systems (heating/ventilation etc.)
• Maintaining the surroundings (tending flower beds, mowing lawns, trimming hedges etc.)
• Checking invoices for accuracy and completeness and approving them (electronically)

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Building maintenance or technical/craft profession
• Work experience: At least 5 years in caretaking
• Driving licence category B
• Experience as a caretaker of residential properties
• Good manners, service-oriented and communicative personality with enjoyment in contact with tenants and tradespeople
• Experience with iPad, IT user skills
• Federal specialist certificate as a caretaker is an advantage
• German (C1)
