Your strengths

• You are the first point of contact for all client requests in the client area (or with an existing portfolio)
• You provide high-quality, personalised advice to clients on basic products in the areas of payments, savings, investments, pension provision and financing
• You support clients in using the self-service area and digital tools (digital banking)
• You manage and develop your own client portfolio in the private retail client segment (or with an existing portfolio)

Your profile

• You have a basic commercial training in the banking sector (or extensive professional experience in advisory and portfolio management)
• You enjoy direct contact with clients and have good communication and presentation skills
• You have a strong service orientation as well as a friendly and engaging personality
• You demonstrate great autonomy and an entrepreneurial spirit
