You have completed your studies and now want to build real software for real customers. As a Junior .NET Engineer at ELCA, you develop production-ready solutions that make a difference. From day one, you will work in agile teams on varied projects and be supported by experienced colleagues.
Your tasks
- You develop and maintain software components with .NET / C# from the first line of code to productive deployment
- You work closely with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements and learn to identify technical constraints early
- You focus on quality: code reviews, tests and clean architecture are as important to you as the actual feature
- With your willingness to learn and initial knowledge in software development, you bring fresh input to the team and gradually grow into your role
- You use AI-supported tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot purposefully in your daily development to iterate faster and develop further

Your profile
- Completed degree (university/ETH/FH) in computer science or related discipline
- Initial experience in .NET / C# from studies, internships or own projects as well as basic knowledge of common development tools (Git, Maven)
- Practical knowledge in AI-supported development and willingness to integrate new tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or AI-based code reviews into the workflow
- Interest in modern development tools such as CI/CD, Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Initial exposure to agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
