We are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our office team in Bern and who enjoys taking care of customer service, administration and course organisation.

Your Tasks

• You advise and support our customers by e-mail and telephone – from initial interest to the completion of a course or training programme.
• You actively accompany interested parties, recognise their needs and assist them in choosing the appropriate Pilates or FAMO Fascia Movement training or further education.
• You manage course bookings, booking changes and payments including dunning.
• You organise our courses and examinations and ensure that everything is ready in the studios.
• You take care of course materials, office supplies, sales materials and postal dispatches.

Your Profile

• Enjoyment in communicating with and advising people
• A commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
• An independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Organisational talent and enjoyment of advisory and administrative tasks
• Initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Interest in movement, health and adult education

art of motion is a Swiss training institute for contemporary Pilates and FAMO Fascia Movement. We train movement professionals and movement-oriented therapists. In the FAMO area, we work with international training partners.

Our company was founded in 2004 by Karin and Monika Gurtner.

We are a small, committed team where every person counts, takes responsibility and works independently. We support each other and maintain an honest and collegial atmosphere.
