Join the Central Compliance team as a Working Student and actively support the execution of second-line compliance monitoring activities. You will collaborate with the Monitoring & Control Execution team to help ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements across key risk areas such as Client Suitability and Pricing Governance.
This is a hands-on role offering structured learning and practical experience, and your contributions will directly support the team’s mission to uphold high compliance standards and strengthen internal controls.
It’s an excellent opportunity for a motivated university student aiming to build expertise in financial regulation, risk assurance, and control operations, preparing you for a future career in compliance, risk management, or financial services.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Support the planning and execution of recurring compliance control activities, including sampling, data collection, and initial evidence review

Validate documentation provided by Client-Facing Units against established control criteria

Maintain accurate records in control tracking tools and ensure proper filing of test evidence

Prepare draft analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for internal reporting and management updates

Contribute to deficiency management processes by assisting in follow-ups and resolution tracking

Participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation ideas, digital tool enhancements, or policy reviews
YOUR PROFILE

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field

Genuine interest in financial compliance, regulatory frameworks, and private banking operations

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple small assignments simultaneously

Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage

Highly motivated and self-driven student with proactive mindset and attitude
